We collect and process minimal information solely necessary to execute the focus locking mechanics, maintain subscription entitlements, and diagnose technical errors.

👤 Personal Data
We do not require user accounts. We only receive your email address if you voluntarily contact our customer support team for assistance.
⏱️ Usage & Session Data
Session counts, streak history, total focused minutes, and unlock ticket balances are calculated and saved 100% locally on your device.
📱 Device Diagnostics
Anonymized device model, operating system version, and system language required to ensure binary compatibility across Android architectures.
🔐 Encrypted Storage
Cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 signatures are used locally to prevent unauthorized tampering of ticket quantities and focus statistics.
Accessibility Service API Disclosure (Android)
Google Play Policy ComplianceAFK utilizes the Android AccessibilityService API exclusively for its core functionality: detecting when a user-selected restricted application is opened in the foreground during an active lock session.
How We Use Data

- •To verify Google Play billing receipts and manage consumable ticket and subscription entitlements.
- •To deliver local system notifications when your scheduled session timer concludes.
- •To detect, prevent, and fix technical bugs and ensure smooth background timer performance.
Data Transfer & Storage
Because AFK has no custom back-end servers or databases, your focus history and ticket counts remain stored on your physical device.
If you have enabled Android Auto Backup, your encrypted app preferences may be securely synced to your personal Google Drive account in accordance with Google's privacy policies.
Disclosure of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may disclose information only in good faith if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security protocols and local cryptographic verification to safeguard your purchase receipts and settings against corruption and tampering.
Google Play & Third-Party Services
All financial transactions for Ticket Packs and AFK Premium are processed exclusively by Google Play In-App Billing. We never view, collect, or store your credit card or payment credentials.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
